Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are the digital corresponding (that is electronic format) of substantial or paper certificates. There are many examples of physical certificates including drivers' licenses, passports or membership cards. Certificates provide as a proof of identity of an entity for a definite purpose; for example, a driver's license identifies someone who can lawfully drive in a particular country. Similarly, a digital certificate can be available electronically to verify your uniqueness, to log on information or services on the Internet or to sign definite documents digitally.
Similar to physical documents are signed yourself, electronic documents, for example e-forms are mandatory to be signed digitally by means of a Digital Signature Certificate. Dealings that are prepared using Internet if signed using a Digital Signature certificate becomes lawfully applicable.
